This is the all slow moving Tai Chi
Form that was invented by Yang Cheng-fu, the grandson of the founder
of the Yang Style, Yang Lu-ch'an. Cheng-fu saw a need for everyone
to gain the great health benefits from Tai Chi but also saw that
older or sick people could not perform the leaping and fa-jing
movement of the Original form. So he took out those movements and
changed the form so that everyone could gain the great benefits.
Cheng-fu changed his grandfather's form just enough so that the
original essence was left in the form; the Qi generation and
movement of Qi was left intact. Same as for Lu-Ch'an's form
to the Max, showing intricate detail of Cheng-fu's form with
applications. This series is excellent when you know that you can advance
and your body is telling you that you must advance. This series will
give you what you need to take this form into its higher levels both
externally and internally. You will also learn about the deadly Dim-Mak
applications from this form and be shown in great details the
tiniest movements which will help you to understand and the take
